The process begins with your inspiration, and, from this we provide a quick cost estimate and timeframe. If these are agreeable, then we arrange home or site visit, at a time to suit you. During this informal meeting, we listen, and in turn offer advice to further refine all details covering the aesthetic, wood material, finishing, design and dimensions. By offering a truly bespoke service, every element is tailored exactly to your requirements.

Following the meeting, a detailed 3D technical drawing is presented of your final piece, and an accompanying fixed price quote. We guarantee that our final quote won't change (as long as the design doesn't). Once you are happy and have signed off, we then manufacture in our workshop, deliver and install.

We pride ourselves on keeping the whole process in-house, within our Cotswolds workshop. By avoiding any subcontracting, we ensure excellent quality, workmanship and the utmost attention to detail.
